Our consultation fees depend on the type and duration of your appointment. Initial assessments range from CHF 65-98, while follow-up consultations are CHF 39-59. All prices are displayed before you book, with no hidden fees. As a self-pay service, we offer transparent pricing that’s lower than traditional in-person specialists.

Each subscription plan includes a defined set of services, which are clearly displayed before you subscribe. Depending on the plan you choose, this may include prescription management, secure messaging with your care team, video consultations, and or medication included as part of the subscription. You can review exactly what’s included at checkout, and you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

ahtida is a self-pay service. Our consultations and treatments are not covered by basic Swiss health insurance (Grundversicherung). However, some supplementary insurance plans (Zusatzversicherung) may offer partial reimbursement for telemedicine consultations. We provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Absolutely. You can book a single consultation at any time without subscribing. Many patients start with an initial assessment to discuss their needs, then decide whether ongoing subscription-based care is right for them. There’s no obligation to subscribe, and one-time consultations are always available for all our therapeutic areas.

Specialities list rates apply with zero hidden markups. When you subscribe to a Quarterly Plan, we pass our logistics savings directly to you. Your membership fee covers the medical care, not inflated prices.
