The World Health Organization and the International Labour Organization advise employers to support their people’s access to care. Most programmes built on that advice stop short of it.
Medical care, not wellness content.
Each patient journey starts with secure registration and a medical history questionnaire, followed by a video consultation with a doctor. Where treatment is medically appropriate, employees receive personalised treatment, with ongoing follow-up as part of their care.
Confidentiality without compromise.
Employees register directly with ahtida Health using the access details your company shares with them. ahtida Health does not tell your company which employees registered, who had a consultation, why they sought care, or share their personal or medical data.
Care across all therapy areas.
Employees can use the benefit across ahtida Health’s therapy areas, while the company does not need to know which type of care they access.
One clear pathway.
Secure registration, medical history, consultation, treatment and follow-up all take place within one clinic. In Switzerland, ahtida Health provides the full care pathway within one digital medical clinic.
How it works
Agreement
Your company agrees on the number of consultations per employee per year and who is covered: all employees, or a defined group such as a leadership team.
Access
Your company shares the access details with covered employees, using the introduction material ahtida Health provides. Each employee registers directly with ahtida Health through a secure two-step validation process. No referral, no form through HR, no line manager involved.
Consultation
After registering, the employee completes a medical history questionnaire before booking an appointment. They then attend a consultation with a doctor who partners with ahtida Health, in German or English. Where treatment is appropriate, it is decided during the consultation and reviewed as part of their ongoing care.
Follow-up
Follow-up care is part of the patient journey and, where possible, continues with the same doctor to support continuity of care.
Why ahtida Health
A Swiss digital medical clinic providing direct access to medical consultations and ongoing care.
Company access and employee privacy
Your company receives an invoice showing the total number of consultations used in the period. That is the only usage information ahtida Health provides. It never includes names, dates, areas of care, or anything clinical. If a covered employee leaves, their access ends when your company tells us; what they discussed and their personal data remain confidential.
Questions about the programme
That is agreed with you: all employees, or a defined group. Employees must be located in Switzerland, where ahtida Health provides care.
No. Your company sees the total number of consultations used. It never sees who used them or why.
Pricing depends on how many employees are covered and how many consultations each may use.
No. It is an additional route to a consultation, and the employee keeps their own doctor. ahtida Health is not an emergency service.
Share the access details with the employees you cover, using the material ahtida Health provides, and inform ahtida Health when someone joins or leaves the covered group. There is nothing else to administer.
If you are considering a health benefit your employees can actually use, contact our team to discuss what would work for your company. There is no commitment beyond the conversation.
